Spumoni

gin - grapefruit - campari

• 1 part gin

• 2 parts campari

• 3 parts fresh pink grapefruit juice

• pink peppercorns (for garnish)

stir all ingredients together with ice in a high ball glass

Most recipes also include tonic water, but I think we all got along just fine without her. Also some recipes call for a pink peppercorn syrup which sounds delicious, but is also a whole other thing you have to do.
