Painkiller

rum - pineapple - orange - coconut

• 3 parts rum

• 3 parts pineapple juice

• 1 part orange juice

• 1 part coconut cream

• freshly grated nutmeg

• maraschino cherry

• pineapple leaf (for garnish)

shake rum, juices, and coconut cream in shaker

pour over ice in rocks glass

garnish with nutmeg, cherry, and pineapple leaf

notes:

Tropical but classy about it. It’s fruity without being cloying and strong without knocking you over the head.
